Eligibility

Wholesale accounts are available to registered businesses with an active ABN.

Approval is at our sole discretion.
Ordering

Orders must be placed via website or via email.

Prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
Payment Terms

Unless a credit application has been received and approved, all orders require upfront payment before dispatch.

We accept bank transfer, credit card, etc.

Late payments may incur interest or account suspension.
Shipping

Freight charged at cost unless otherwise agreed.

Risk passes to the buyer once goods are handed to the courier.
Returns

Change of mind returns are not accepted for wholesale orders.

Faulty goods may be returned in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Resale

Products must be sold under their original branding.

Resellers may not represent themselves as exclusive distributors without written consent.
Termination

We may terminate wholesale accounts for breach of these terms.
Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
