Change of Mind

  • We do not offer a return or refund if you simply change your mind.



Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

  • Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with details and photos.



Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods, gift cards, and sale items (unless faulty) cannot be returned.



Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once returned items are inspected.

  • Allow up to 5 business days for funds to clear.
